By visiting looprelief.com or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Product use and health

Loop Relief is a personal massage device for relaxation. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, or to cause weight loss. Do not use it over broken skin, if you are pregnant, or if you have a medical condition or implanted device (for example a pacemaker) without first asking your doctor. Stop using it if you feel pain or discomfort. Follow the instructions included with your product.

Lifestyle photos and demo clips on the site are illustrative and may be AI-generated. Colors may vary slightly from screens.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund. We may limit quantities and refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos and designs) belongs to Loop Relief or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Loop Relief is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
